Life/Altar

Upon the altar of my life
burn steady
a stream of sacred herb
to purify and sanctify this existence
Assembling limb and life cell by cell
appreciating it's love without insistence
Blessed are the holy seeds of our future
Hempowerment at hand
it is here to nurture and heal us
the permission to allow it
is our birthright to realize
the remaining ways to find
how to respond in kind
